01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the tkbazzi website and its associated services — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and payment processing — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and tkbazzi (the "Platform" or "We").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the tkbazzi platform. Continued use of any part of the platform following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

tkbazzi reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. The effective date shown at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified via a notice on the platform homepage or via the email address associated with your registered account.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to tkbazzi is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. tkbazzi is an adult entertainment platform. We do not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or commercial operation.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of tkbazzi or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.

Age Verification

tkbazzi enforces a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) age verification process. Before processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit a government-issued photo identification document confirming your date of birth. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority.

Accounts where age cannot be verified, or where the submitted documentation indicates the account holder is under 18 years of age, will be permanently suspended. Any balance — including deposited funds and any winnings — held in such accounts is subject to forfeiture in accordance with applicable platform policy.

03 Account Registration & Security

To access real-money games and betting markets on tkbazzi, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. During the registration process you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method.

Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on tkbazzi at any given time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a breach of these Terms. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, tkbazzi reserves the right to close all but the oldest verified account and to forfeit any bonus funds held across the closed accounts.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, games played, and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been carried out by you personally, unless you have notified tkbazzi of unauthorised access prior to the activity occurring.

tkbazzi will never request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request purporting to come from tkbazzi, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

Account Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at support at tkbazzi. Pending withdrawals must be settled before an account can be permanently closed. tkbazzi reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases where a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on tkbazzi are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported on the platform:

Deposit Policy

Deposits made to your tkbazzi account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment source that does not belong to the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

tkbazzi does not charge any fees for standard deposits. However, your mobile network operator or bank may apply its own transaction fees, for which tkbazzi accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in your name. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect our players. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing, though processing times may vary for large amounts.

All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Players who have not completed KYC verification will be unable to process withdrawals until the required documentation has been reviewed and approved by our compliance team. Standard KYC review takes between 24 and 72 hours from submission of documents.

tkbazzi reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where fraudulent activity is suspected, where the account is under investigation, or where the withdrawal request does not comply with these Terms.

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

tkbazzi offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms published alongside individual promotions. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to your account in ৳ BDT and cannot be exchanged for cash prior to the fulfilment of applicable wagering requirements.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each individual promotion. Bonuses that expire unfulfilled will be removed from your account along with any winnings generated from bonus funds.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time, unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be shared between accounts.
• tkbazzi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn while you are actively fulfilling its wagering requirements, any bonus funds remaining in your account at the time of withdrawal will be removed.

Welcome Bonus

New players who register a verified tkbazzi account and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the platform's Welcome Bonus. Specific percentages, maximum bonus amounts, and wagering multipliers are detailed on the promotions page and are subject to change. Welcome bonuses are available to each eligible player on a one-time basis only.

Bonus Abuse & Fraud

Any attempt to exploit bonuses through fraudulent means — including the use of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, systematic low-risk play designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming engagement, or any other form of bonus abuse — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and any associated winnings. tkbazzi may also permanently suspend accounts found to be engaged in systematic bonus abuse.

06 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using tkbazzi, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of funds:

Prohibited Activities

• Fraudulent activity: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or submitting falsified KYC documents.
• Money laundering: Using tkbazzi to launder proceeds of crime or to facilitate illegal financial transactions of any kind.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate the outcome of casino games or sports betting markets.
• Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after using the deposited funds on the platform.
• Software exploitation: Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, scripts, or any other technical tools to gain an unfair advantage in games or on the sportsbook.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one player account for the purpose of circumventing account limits, claiming duplicate bonuses, or evading a previous account suspension.
• Underage gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the platform as a person under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor.
• Abusive conduct: Harassing, threatening, or abusing tkbazzi staff, support agents, or other platform users through any communication channel.

Reporting Obligations

If you become aware of any suspicious activity on the platform — including suspected cheating, collusion, or use of automated tools by other players — you are encouraged to report it to our support team via live chat or at support at tkbazzi. tkbazzi treats all such reports in strict confidence.

07 Intellectual Property

All content published on tkbazzi — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, trademarks, service marks, and the overall layout and design of the platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of tkbazzi or its licensed content suppliers, including game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to:

08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkbazzi, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform.
• Technical errors, server downtime, connectivity failures, or interruptions to the platform service.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Decisions made by you based on information or data displayed on the platform.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and banking institutions.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tkbazzi makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform entirely at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit tkbazzi's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
